ABOUT ME
From South Moravia to the Arctic North
I come from South Moravia — a region of vineyards, wide fields, and strong roots. I grew up in a winemaking family, where hard work and consistency were part of everyday life. From early on, I knew I wanted more from life — to explore, to grow, to lead.
At 18, still in high school, I flew to London for a summer job I arranged on my own. I returned the following year, driven by the same curiosity and independence. Later, I moved to Prague to study Finance at the University of Economics (VŠE).

Managing 200 Companies
During university, I joined the asset management company Verdi Capital, and soon after, BHM Group — an investment group owned by HNWI Mr. Tomáš Krsek, with assets reaching up to EUR 1 billion and a diverse portfolio across real estate, renewable energy, medical technologies, and start-ups.
What started as a student job turned into a full-time journey. As the company grew, so did my responsibilities. From a junior role, I progressed to become Group CFO, responsible for the financial management and structure of a holding with over 200 companies. I was 25.
After 8 intensive and transformative years, I decided to take a new direction. I accepted the role of interim CFO at Czechoslovak Capital Partners, followed by a position at Trinity Bank, where I led the structuring of a new real estate investment fund.

MY WAY
In 2024, I was honored to be selected as part of the Forbes 30 Under 30 – a recognition of years of hard work, risk-taking, and never being afraid of challenges. But something else was happening underneath.
During that time, I visited Svalbard twice — a remote Arctic archipelago, just 1,300 km from the North Pole. Both visits changed me. I felt an unexpected sense of calm, clarity, and deep connection with the landscape.
I knew I would return. While finishing a project in Prague, an opportunity came, to take on a managerial role in a local expedition company. I didn’t hesitate. Today, I live and work in Svalbard — managing sales, back office and daily operations in the northernmost place in the world. It's a unique environment, where planning must constantly adapt to extreme weather, polar logistics, and unpredictable nature.
Leading here means balancing structure with flexibility — and decision-making with respect for the land. From finance to fjords, my story is about creating space for both logic and wonder. And the journey is far from over.

Finance has always made sense to me. I like clarity, patterns, logic, precision.
But I’ve never believed life has to be either analytical or adventurous. I’ve always followed both paths — finance and freedom.
